‘Manipur, Manipur’ slogans echoed in the Lok Sabha as two members from the strife-torn state began taking oath. The opposition raised the slogans amid recurring violence in Manipur which has been battered by ethnic clashes for more than a year now. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was seen giving a standing ovation to Manipur MP Alfred Kang-Ngam Arthur. BJP lost both Lok Sabha seats in Manipur to Congress which has accused the ruling party at centre and in state of not doing enough for Manipur.

Hi ,I am from Karnataka, India needs to know that NONE of the promises made by Karnataka Congress have been fulfilled. We are very unhappy with the Congress government. They promised free electricity to 200 units but now they have rolled that back after the lok sabha elections. Other promises have been rolled back as well. Our state reserves have been cleaned up by this government. Only women are given free bus rides but they have increased petrol rates to cover that up and people who really cannot use private transportation like senior citizens are not able to travel in bus
