This looks more like an Assamese dance than Manipuri. The only similarity is the costume. I see a lot alien steps and even the music is not purely traditional. This is a folk dance left to us by our ancestors not some classical dance developed a few hundred years ago, so I wish they had kept its authenticity or not attempted at all. It almost feels sinful.
