This case is beyond imagination and is horrifying to its core. We did this case because this has touched many of us as this could have happened to any of us. As no definitive answers has come we can only pray to God for the best out of this case. Lot of evidences that has come so far points towards Naresh. We hope the justice be served and may the little girl get the best parenting possible.

His hearing on Thursday 8/29/24 waived the preliminary hearing on Oct 24th. Which means the next hearing will be infront on the Grand Jury and it will be closed hearing (meaning no public). This case is going to be a cat and mouse game and a long waiting one. Lot of the cases that has missing person gets extended and become hard to proof lot of things. Also depends on the state laws and how the prosecutors and defedents argues about their caes. But so far the evidence that can been collected is going in right path. Next big piece of puzzle is to find Mamta.
