Excuse me for the terrible sound effects in this video. I had to edit this in a hurry without headphones so messed up in the sound part 🤧. Also, some of you seem to be confused by this video. Also some are sad that now I need to plan doing something else(leave editing). So to say more clearly, what I am trying to tell you all is: If you just want to make money(good money) through an online skill then video editing is not for you as what you'll get in the beginning will be around 10-12k per month. This can remain the same for months. If you are really passionate about it and also good at it then you'll find your way ahead. But if you are not then it is gonna be a tough ride as I already said in the video that market dynamics are changing rapidly. Also if you are a College student who is trying video editing to make part time money, try a business instead(like start youtube, cause anyways you'll have to learn editing for this). If you are in college or if you don't have a necessity to make money immediately(like in 2-3months) then take your time and try some business my friend instead of trying freelancing. Because at the end of the day Business is waayyyy more profitable and also provides time independence. low entry barrier is the biggest disadavatage of video editing. still if we spend some time and gathers lot of skills and involve AI tools in it then we can make decent income from it. Now editing touches next level of limits, if we see hollywood movies and such type of content. If we go for excellence, then we will be in top 1% of editors. and creative work is the soul of the editing. Every editor have right to use his\her creativity in the video. You are honestly review the things which actually going on. Love to watch you content. Plz keep doing such videos.

@@msharma2177 They didn't watch the whole video dude, I have used the problem to solution approach. First I have described the problem and then given the solution based upon my experience. It is good for some people but not for everyone, and what I have focused upon is: If you are a college student and want to make money rather than trying to get into freelancing skills try some business instead cause that's faaaaar more profitable. This is because mostly there are college students who fall for internet gimmicks like making money is easy in freelancing, especially video editing as this is a hot skill. And for the people who dropped the idea of being a video editor after watching the whole video and got demotivated because of me, don't you think I also saved them from the demotivation which they were already gonna face after giving in 2-3months of their hard work on this when they faced the market reality, cause that's what I have told! Also there are more people thanking me for telling the truth. And for those whom I have demotivated, I am pretty sure if there research had led them to video editing, it will lead them to somewhere more too. And if not then my future videos are definitely gonna be of help. And about competition, if you want to slay in life you need to AVOID COMPITITION! Just look at any successful person, they are mostly successful because they did the work which no-one was doing at that time. So you need to find something which suits your personality and has minimum competition. Example: if you are a fitness enthusiast then rather than giving traditional health advice, being a mobility coach is much beneficial right now because in India very few people are into this and the demand is very high. So I also told you of one very less competitive profession. Do the research as per your personality(things which you are fascinated to), and find a less competitive path there bro. That's the way to go!
