Thanks! I did a kneebar on Al bouldering route last Sunday wearing shorts. Not recommended when bouldering on sandpaper indoor walls 😅 Definitely getting one of these, I think the slim mini is probably going to be the one for me 😁

Nice review Mani. I am thinking about getting a knee pad for bouldering. Your review was helpful for that.

Pity it's so hard to find them stocked anywhere to purchase.

Hello Mani =) I don't need a knee pad for climbing 8c at this moment... However I have my knees all covered in bruises after every training session. It looks as if I am practising boxing in secret, but i am just at beginner ( 6a/6a+). Have you had a similar problem? What would you think about a climber with knee pad in climbing gym?

Nice gear feature. I've bought 2 different versions but still prefer the pain and sensitivity of skin to rock than a pad. Even though they're well made, I get too hot and feel restricted.

Great review. Just wondering if a mini would fit someone taller. You mentioned the mini works well for you. Do you mind divulging your height for reference?

I'm 183cm and I have that same Grey thin version. The large ones I find really bulky, even. I have the large thick, the mini thick, and the mini thin. I use the mini thin the most.

Would be awesome to see an in depth Knee bar Technique video from you! The youtuber don't seem to go into the details about it tbh

Mani, come to Texas ... hit up Austin (live music capital of the world) and Hueco Tanks ... Check out the Wanker 101 ... all somewhat easy routes for you, but an endurancy endeavor.

Rock looks cool over there, maybe I'll get the chance someday!

Describe to me an argument that kneebar pads are aid, which couldn't also equally apply to climbing shoes. I'll wait :|
