Could you please tell me how it makes a difference if one does bachelors in physician assistant and the other does masters in physician assistant in aspect of getting a job??. In the above situation who gets the job easily and whose pay will be more?? Thanks!!!!

Hi, it doesn't not affect employment. The only difference is 1) admission requirements are different for Masters vs. Bachelors and 2) you have to do a capstone/research project in the Masters. Apart from that it does not affect employment or PA. Masters and Bachelors of PA can compete for the same jobs, and qualify for the same pay. As far as I know, having the Masters does not entitle one to "better employment" opportunities than a Bachelors. I hope that clarifies.
