My hobby is jogging. I usually jog early morning and in the afternoon. Jogging offers a lot of health benefits to our body. It can make me sweat a lot, and sweating means detoxifying. It enables us to get rid of waste in our body. It boost our energy, improves our mood, strengthen our muscles, lungs and heart. Some of my subscribers say that they love to listen to me and it makes me feel delighted. @@Sunil.More-Belgaum I have had many friends having the same trouble, which very relatable. I would suggest look through all videos of Manjita. I really liked them. Secondly, if you like to watch English or Hindi movies, for sometime watch with subtitles as well. It will help you understand, where to pause even though you know how to speak. Next is talk with as many friends you can, even though they are not fluent when you speak you can listen to yourself and analyse. The term Spoken English is not only when you speak it also combines together when you write. It will help you in communication with your circle. Last but not the least, there are several sources these days on internet, apps, friends of course. Hope this helps :) All the best 👌👍

I love watching movies during my free time, which is usually in the afternoon when my toddler is taking a nap. I remember when we were younger, my uncle would give me and my brothers tickets to the cinema or he will rent VCDs from a shop and we will watch it together. At that time, our favorite was horror films but now I am hooked on romcoms. The last romcom i have watched was “To all the boys I’ve loved before”. (Insert what i like about the movie).
