மஞ்சும்மாள் பாய்ஸ் நேற்று பார்க்க நேர்ந்தது. நல்லதொரு திருப்தியான கமர்ஷியல் படம் என்றுதான் சொல்ல வேண்டும். படம் ஆரம்பித்து ஒருமணி நேரம் பெரிய அழுத்தமில்லாமல் சாதாரணமாக போகிறது, அதில் வழக்கமான மற்ற மலையாள படங்களில் வருமளவுக்கு நுணுக்கங்களோ பிரமாதமான ரசிக்கக்கூடிய காட்சிகளோ இல்லை, கதை ஒரு முக்கிய புள்ளியை நோக்கி சாதாரணமாக நகர்ந்தது, அதில் சில காட்சிகள் இரண்டாம் பாதிக்கு தேவையான சில காட்சி விஷயங்களை நிறுவ பயன்படுத்தி கொண்டது, உதாரணமாக கயிறு இழு போட்டிகள். இப்படி நகர்ந்த கதை, எதிர்பாராத ஒரு கணத்தில் ( அது எதிர்பார்த்த விஷயம்தான், நடக்க போகிறது என தெரியும், ஆனால் அதிலேயே எதிர்பார்க்காத ஒரு கணத்தில் நடக்கிறது) சட்டென திரும்பி உச்சகட்ட வேகத்தில் பறக்கிறது. அதன் பிறகு கதை அதே டெம்போவில் கிளைமாக்ஸ் வரை போனதுதான் படத்தின் வெற்றி. நண்பர்கள் குழுவுக்கு என ஒரு இயங்குமுறை உண்டு, அதில் பலரும் பலவித குணாதியசத்துடன் இருந்தாலும் அவர்களுக்கிடையே ஒரு மெல்லிய இழை இணைத்துகொண்டு இருக்கும், அந்த இழை அறுந்தால் குழு உடைந்துவிடும். குழுவில் தலைமை உறுப்பினர்கள் ஒருவரோ சிலரோ இருக்கலாம், அதில் சிலர் தலைமை என தெரியாதபடி மௌன தலைமை செய்வார்கள், சாதாரணமாக தெரியும் அவனது பேச்சுக்கு குழு காதுகொடுக்கும். ஒரு பொது சிக்கலில் மாட்டும் போது குழு சிதைந்து கைவிட்டு ஓடுவதோ அல்லது நெருங்கி நின்று சிக்கலை தகர்ப்பதோ இந்த தலைமை நண்பனின் குணத்திலும் முடிவிலும் இருக்கிறது, ஒருத்தன் நின்றுவிட்டால் மொத்தமாக குழுவே நின்று போராடும். ஷௌபின் ஷாகிர் அப்படி ஒரு பாத்திரமாக நிற்கிறார். நண்பர்கள் குழு மொத்தமாக ஒரு நண்பனுக்காக போராடும்போது என்னவெல்லாம் நெகிழ்வு தருணங்கள் கிடைக்குமோ அதெல்லாம் கதையில் உண்டு. இதோடு ஸ்ரீநாத் பாசியின் மனோசித்ரங்களாக இவர்களின் பால்யகால சம்பவங்களை கோர்த்து அதோடு நிகழ்காலத்தை முடிச்சிடுவது நல்லதொரு உள் அடுக்கை தருகிறது. அதோடு உள்ளூர்காரர்கள், அரசு அலுவலர் என பாத்திரங்களும் சரியான அளவில் எழுதியுள்ளார்கள். முக்கியமாக அரசு அலுவலர்களான போலிஸ், வனத்துறை, தீயனைப்பு போன்றோரை வில்லனாக காட்டாமல், அவர்கள் இடத்தில் இருந்து நெளிவு சுழிவாக நடப்பவர்கள் என்று காட்டியது நன்றாக இருந்தது. படத்தில் பாதி தமிழில்தான் வசனம் இருக்கிறது, ஒருகட்டத்தில் தமிழ்படமோ என்ற மயக்கம்கூட வந்தது. குணா குகை என்பதால் முடிந்தவரை அதன் நினைவை படத்தில் ஆங்காங்கே தூவி தேவையான அறுவடையை செய்திருக்கிறார்கள். குணாவே இல்லாமலும் இந்த படத்தை எடுக்கமுடியும். குணா பாடலை கேட்கும்போது இளையராஜாவை கண்டு வியக்காமல் இருக்க முடியவில்லை, 32 வருடங்களுக்கு பிறகு இன்றும் உயிர்போடு இருக்கிறது அவர் இசை. அந்த பாடல் இல்லாவிட்டால் இந்த படம் இந்த தளத்திற்கு ஏறியிருக்க முடியாது. சுப லாலி லாலியே லாலி லாலியே என பாடல் அமைதிகொள்ளும்போது இதுவரை பதற்றத்தில் இருந்த நமக்கும் ஆறுதலாகி அமைதியடைகிறது மணம். மொத்தமாக பார்த்தால் இது இன்னொரு பிழைத்திருத்தலின் படம், அதை சரியான வேகத்தில் எடுத்து சென்றிருப்பது படத்தின் பலம். ஆனால் படத்தை இங்கே கொண்டாட வைத்திருப்பது அதன் தமிழ் தொடர்புக்காக. தமிழ் வசனம், கொடைக்கானேல், குணா, கமல் முக்கியமாக இளையராஜா. கடைசியாக மனிதர்களுக்கு பொதுவான உயிரை காத்தலின், நட்பின் நெகிழ்ச்சி.

டேய் யாருடா நீங்க எல்லாம்? இப்படி ஒரு பிரமாதமான படத்தை எடுத்து இருக்கீங்க.. அவ்ளோ சீக்கிரம் நான்'லாம் அழவே மாட்டேன்.. கடைசியா அயோத்தி படம் பார்க்கும்போது அழுதது.. அதற்கு அப்புறம் இந்த படத்துல என்னை அறியாம கண்ணுல தண்ணி பொலபொலன்னு கொட்ட ஆரம்பிச்சிடுச்சு.. அதுவும் குறிப்பா "மனிதர் உணர்ந்து கொள்ள இது மனிதக்காதல் அல்ல'ன்னு குணா பாட்டை ஒரு முக்கியமான இடத்தில ஒலிக்க விடுவாங்க பாருங்க.. ஐயோ கூஸ்பம்ஸ் மொமண்ட்.. தியேட்டரே அலறிடுச்சி... அந்த இடத்துல கைதட்டி தட்டி தட்டி, கையே வலி எடுக்க ஆரம்பிச்சிடுச்சி.. இப்படி ஒரு Vibe'ஆன தியேட்டர் மெட்டீரியலை சமீபத்துல பார்க்கல.. என்ன ஒரு அட்டகாசமான படம்.. அதுவும் கிளைமாக்ஸ்'ல அந்த அம்மா கட்டிப்பிடிக்கிற காட்சி எல்லாம் ரொம்ப நெகிழ்ச்சியா இருந்துச்சு.. இப்படி ஒரு படம் வாய்ப்பே இல்ல.. தயவு செஞ்சு இந்தப் படத்தை தியேட்டர்ல போய் பாருங்க... கொடுத்த காசுக்கு அவ்ளோ ஒர்த்... ஒரு ஸ்டண்ட் மாஸ்டர்'ன்னா அடி உதைக்கு மட்டும் இல்லாம, அவரை எப்படி பயன்படுத்தணும்ன்னு பாடம் எடுத்திருக்காங்க.. செட் ஒர்க், சிஜி, மியூஸிக், கேமரா'ன்னு அதகளம் பண்ணி இருக்காங்க.. வசூல்ல பட்டைய கிளப்புது இந்தப்படம்.. கண்டிப்பா விருதுகளும் அள்ளும்.. எனக்கு இதுல என்ன ஆச்சரியம்னா...இப்போ நாம ஒரு தமிழ் படம் எடுக்கிறோம்'ன்னா அதுல ஹைலைட்டான, எமோஷலான ஒரு மொமண்ட்ல தமிழ் பாட்டு தானே வைப்போம்? ஒரு தெலுங்கு பாட்டோ, மலையாள பாட்டோ, கன்னட பாட்டோவா வைப்போம்? ஆனா இவங்க படத்தோட அதி உச்சபட்சமான ஹை எமோஷனல் சீன்ல ஒரு தமிழ் பாட்ட வெச்சிருக்காங்க.. நம்ப கூட இந்த அளவுக்கு இளையராஜாவை தூக்கி கொண்டாடியிருப்போமான்னு தெரியல.. கேரளதேசத்து நண்பர்கள், பிரிச்சு மேஞ்சிட்டாங்க.. வொண்டர் ஃபுல் ஃபிலிம்.. படம் பார்த்து முடிச்ச உடனே வாட்ஸ் அப்ல, "ப்ளீஸ் இந்தப்படத்தை மிஸ் பண்ணுடாதீங்க"ன்னு ஸ்டேட்டஸ் வச்சுருக்கேன்.. 20 வாட்ஸப் க்ரூப்ல இந்த படத்தை பத்தி பெரிய ரைட் அப் எழுதி ஷேர் பண்ணி இருக்கேன்... நண்பர்களுக்கு என் செலவுல டிக்கெட் புக் பண்ணி கொடுத்து இருக்கேன்.. ஆபீஸ்ல இருந்து ஒரு பெரிய கூட்டத்தை தியேட்டருக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்க போறேன்.. நான் எழுதுனதை நம்பி, அவ்ளோ பேரும் புக் பண்ணியிருக்கோம்'ன்னு மெஸேஜ் பண்றாங்க.. அந்த அளவுக்கு இந்த படம் என்னை நெகிழ வெச்சி இருக்கு... ஒட்டுமொத்த படக்குழுவினருக்கும் Lots of Love...Hugs.. Bro, I totally disagree with your analysis of tug-of-war...it was superbly integrated in my opinion... When at one point the fire force lose grip of the rope, it is the gang's experience that comes to play...from there, they take over the handling of the rope for some time as the fire fighters lost control and would have hurt themselves - the gang's experience gave the fire force time to rest and recoup. When the rope gets stuck, they will have to reverse the direction of the rope...i.e. loosen a bit an then pull back...the way they use their tug of war technic to reverse the direction to loosen the rope was one of the most cheered moment in the theater I watched... Kerala has a very close relation to tug of war as it is one of the most common games played during Onam festival...that is probably why the Malayali audience were able to relate to this scene more...

Over Hype for this shitty movie, I don't support this movie.. Crap movie... copy of GV Prakash Aygnanar Movie, not even equal to 127 hrs where trekker himself severed his hand to survive and rescued by himself... even this move is far watchable better than Manjumal Boys... Fact Guna Kanmani song has nothing to do in rescue mission, I thought song used check the depth and communication purpose, but I was wrong. Portrayed TN police, rescuer as coward, bad people, such movies should be banned in TN... even after 4 head hit on faced rock, he survived, too much liberty... Why there is no ambulance waiting outside... despite severe blood loss, after rescuing friend was put near to fire, covering him with blanket and people taking blessings and talking without sending immediately to hospital.. No credit for strong lengthy rope... after rescue chief says very low oxygen, the hero and fallen friend saved... and tall useless guy shouting saying slow and swing but pulley system won't swing for hanging person... the hanging person should swing to move ropes out of cliff notch, when going down hero faced moved zig zag manner and swung but while lifting up his fallen friend, he lifted up easily... Many Tamil rope rescue movies always show rope severing and about to get cut and hero uses leg push to climb up faster, but none used... I don't like and support this movie and also, set showed artificial and shabby like in Asylum movies...

The Movie doesn't say its based on true events and if so it did not mentioned the real incident happened at 2006 as movie claims... Malayalam movies and people wants to downgrade Tamil Nadu and Tamil people which should be dealt with severe force...
