बहुत ही अच्छी जानकारी, प्राप्त हुई है समन और वारंट में एक अंतर और भी लिख सकते हैं कि : समन की पूर्णता के लिये अधिकारी के पास समन किये गये व्यक्ति को खुद जाना पड़ता है. जबकि वारंट की पूर्णता के लिये अधिकारी को जाना पड़ता है.

Sir मेरा मकान हे उस पर से जबरन मुझे मेरे चाचा चाची ने बाहर निकाल दिया मेने पुलिस, Sp, collector से भी शिकायत की लेकिन पुलिस वाले मेरी कोई सुनवाई नही करते हे अब में क्या करू मेरे पास मकान के कागज तो हे लेकिन पट्टा नही हे पट्टा बनाने के लिए बिजली का बिल मागते हे लेकिन मकान पर में नही जा सकता वहा पर मेरे चाचा के गुण्डे आने नही देते हे पुलिस थाने वाले सुनते नही अब में क्या करू मुझे किराये से रहना पड रहा हे मेरा मुलनिवासी उसी मकान के पते पर हे में Ias की तेयारी कर रहा हु अगर मेरी नोकरी की वेरीफिकेशन आयेगी तो वह मुलनिवासी के पते पर आयेगी अब बहुत बडी समस्या में फस गया हु कृपया मुझे कुछ जानकारी दे
