please justify your reasoning with sources.​@rebma5 the prophet mohammed pbuh told us. 99% of divorces are done emotionally,in anger ,vengeance etc. Allah knows man is hasty and sinful. If this was correct then there would be thousands of divorces everyday,then who would support those women? The correct way according to sunnah of prophet is : 1) man says divorce 3 times in one sitting, the man can still resolve this by saying he takes his wife back infront of witnesses. 2) this must be done within a 3 month time period 2) if they do get back together and 1 yr later he says I divorces you,again maybe just one time, this will now be 2 divorces because the first still counts that was given before. 3) saying divorce once more will make it full and final no more chances. Allah loves those that care for their families and women.We are deliberately making religion difficult. Lastly, halala done with planning like shown here is completely haraam!! the woman can only marry husband again if she marries elsewhere,consumates the marriage and lives with him. If over the course of time, they too should happen to divorce then the first husband may re-marry her.

As far as i have understood, the plot of this drama is that a man had divorce his wife due to some reason. And now want her back for sake of his reputation. We understand that the procedure of divorce is not shown according to islam but the topic is about the PRE-PLANNED HALALA. Which is wrong in islam... Story is going back and forth... Past story( 3-4 months back) is show with the situation in the present...

The whole concept here is wrong .Even if someone says talaq its not complete for three months. THREE MONTHS they have to live separately .In this period if they want to terminate the talaq and live together they can after three months if woman don't conceive and still want their separation then its complete talaq. AND ANOTHER WRONG concept here is if you want to marry the same person you have to marry another man and have S*X .Even after the talaq you can marry the same person .Check out the zakir naik video for reference
