Why does the bottom unscrew? And water will get inside the lining over time. Super annoying. Sounds like there is water in it but there isn't.

They are beautiful. I have several. However, they sometimes leak. 2 of 3 of mine have leaked. And I dropped one and it makes the sound of a broken fragment moving inside.

Trin Lv hi there! I don’t think you can fix it tbh. You could just buy another one but I guess you could open the bottle then try to get something that is long and try to push the dent from inside outside I hope it makes sense..

My friends one knocked off his desk at school and it has a dent It ruined the double wall on his flask making the use of hot or cold water kinda useless It still works but it only lasts for like 30 mins
