If Manny starved himself as most weight bullies do, then Manny might still be able to weigh 135 at lightweight even in his 40s (which probably isn't ideal given his age. Maybe in his early 30s, but the big money fights were in welterweight back then). I estimate Manny to weigh 143 or 144during the August 20 weigh-in, and about 148lbs at fight night.

The calves are most important for fine detailed movements to change projection and positioning.
