Manny Khoshbin is the president and CEO of The Khoshbin Company, based in Orange County, California. Manny immigrated to the U.S. with his family in the 1980s at the age of 14. He got his real estate license in 1992 and has spent the last three decades building his empire, privately buying and selling more than $1 billion in real estate.

I was there this year and definitely not going back. Rather going to Cota or Montreal. Stuck in a seat, unable to walk around track and see the cars through different turns is not for me. This is for people that don’t care about the racing and are just wanting to be seen or show off how much money they make to get the highest vip experience for 10x than anywhere else.

That's how I felt in Abu Dhabi. I'm very blessed to come from wealth thanks to my great grandfather starting one of the largest coal companies in the Midwest almost a century ago. I have friends with seemingly unimaginable wealth too. We went to Abu Dabi and felt like peasants,😅 We don't flaunt our wealth here, out there it's definitely a competition. We tried to represent the US as best we could, hahaha.

I was to F1 when they drove with V10s We sat in top floor VIP over the pit and had to wear ear plugs at all times when we where out on the terrasse. As you said you have to see it live, To understand how fast it really go.
