I imagine the listener here is absolutely baffled. I mean, imagine being a powerful vampire just living your life, doing your undead thing, and then out of nowhere one night you wake up in silver chains. Oh shit, my enemies have caught up to me, you think-only to find that your captor is some random servant who’s upset that they made themselves too useful to be food. Someone so perfectly loyal and obedient that you barely noticed they were there, who never asked for recognition or gave even a hint of dissatisfaction, has apparently snapped and decided that they need to force you to inflict upon them the fate you thought you were being kind to spare them from. In other words: if you wanted to be bitten, you could have just asked???? Lol

@@briarpelt2333 But then… the real question is how could anyone someone so powerful, so dark, someone who hardly has a sense of humanity to bite? It’s going to take courage to ask or be asked for something like that
@briarpelt23333 ай бұрын
@@CBMOA Fair enough! I can understand where the speaker is coming from, here. I just think it would have utterly blindsided the vampire, in addition to being a really stupid move. Chaining up the vampire and trying to force them into doing what he wants is almost certain to be met with retribution eventually; asking openly is risky, sure, but there's a possibility that the vampire will just go "uh, that's weird, but sure" and grant his request. Obviously we don't know the specifics of the situation, but it seems to me that the odds of getting in trouble are much, much higher this way. But again, I do understand how fear and desire would have driven the speaker to this. How in some ways it would have seemed safer than approaching the vampire to ask. I just think it's a move driven more by emotion than by any rational thought.

Adam: vampire listener just staring at his assistant wondering if he didn’t understand why he never drank from him was because his prey where the only way he could see the outside feel the sun on his skin while see the life as slips away. As the color drains from them. While his assistant was jewel he never thought he would see. A china cup that reminds his of his humanity he thought his Sire stripped from him

POV: Your precious dumb little kind-of-human assistant confuses the carnal nature of consumption for affection in a desperate bid for your love and snaps under the mental/emotional strain. Lmfao He's real into the "cannabalism as a metaphor for love" trope. Is probably also really into old classical vampire novels where vampirism is just a metaphor. The ones about beautiful maidens being swept up and held intimately while the dastardly creature of the night bites into their bosom.

The word cannibalism in his way reminds me of Hannibal Lector That’s too much for me to handle

I love this idea so much. Him getting jealous over not being chosen for his blood. I kinda wish Y/N drank his blood tho, I’d want to see his reaction

Before you even said this was supposed to be a twist on Renfield, that was the vibe I was getting from this audio. That and the idea that the vampire hadn't drank from their loyal human because they did care about them in some way, like they knew that if they did drink from him, they wouldn't be able to control themself and would kill him. That the blood taken from others wasn't satisfying them and that their servant, who they knew wanted to give his blood freely, would have sated them (if you've seen Hellsing Ultimate, it's kinda like the whole "blood taken vs blood freely given" thing).

Im disappointed in listener, somewhat play along to gaslight him. "We never drank from him out of fear of losing control. Afraid of not being able to stop even as the life fades from him. If that happen we'd be forced to live an eternity empty without him, and we're the only one to blame for it." Its not that hard to gaslight bro 🙄
@CBMOA3 ай бұрын
Or what if it’s not gaslighting when it’s the truth? For someone who’s loyalty as him, that’s going to be very difficult to find someone like him

Aww. If there is a part 2 the listener confess back and should explain why they never bit them. ( explain they’d die and loose them and they need them so they never wanted to risk bitting them. )❤
