31 yr and unmarried... Based in Kolkata, took a 150% hike to Cognizant, left offers of 200% - 225% from companies which were in Bangalore, Noida etc... It's true whether married or not your energy do get little decreased after 30 and you choose stay close to your parents and relatives than earning some few more bucks

Bro Meri company ka culture boht accha hai and work from home bhi hai , but mai fresher hu aur 8lpa package hai . I want to take risk and switch to a 20lpa+ product company in a 1.5-2 years . But I fear ki mai 2-3 saal baad wapas apne home town aah paunga ki nahi, log bolte hai ki IT job ke Karan ek baar Ghar chuta toh wapas nhi milta easily. Agr 23 aur experience 3 months ka hai , switch krna chahiye 1 saal baad ya nhi , kyuki WFH easily nhi milega badme agr choda toh mgr Paisa aur experience yhi age mai badha skta hu mostly

Mene shadi ke 6 months pehle switch kiya. Phir job ke ek saal baad phir switch karna pada. Married hu aur tension bahot tha. Uparse time bhi sehi nahi. September me join kiya without gap and 30% hike with 5 years experience. I really feel lucky.

Sir, please Business Analyst role k liye kya eligibility honi chahiye for switching purpose. Because in service based companies for most of the times BAs are not performing actual BA role. What certification is required for BA role for an experienced BA in service based company who is not actually performing a BA role? Is Scrum master role better than BA?

Brother, you definitely deserve at least twice of what your are getting paid here, please don't think twice and switch, if there is 3 months notice, put down papers first and keep upskilling hard to get a good job in 3 months Mostly you will get within 2 months, Make sure you learn API , Javascript very well in depth All the best
