How to install rear suspension kit in Huina 1583 | MAGOM HRC

Im looking at buying on of these loaders and when I saw the parts to do this upgrade, I had no idea it would require cutting the base into 3 parts. This video will come in handy if I get the nerve to do it when I buy one cos watching this at the start, I was thinking youve ruined it lol. It really is a great mod when done but I reckon it would take a good lot of time when you dont know how to do it the first time 😮

I think there are mods to this drive train which does not involve cutting.

I order one from Magon and the parts did not fit. So I have to cut and drill another holes for screw. I should just made my own instead waiting for a month to arrive. So far I like the way all 4 tire hit the ground.

I got the kit but it didn’t fit well. So I have drill new holes and cut it shorter the aluminum on each side. I got it from Mahon.

Nice work, but as someone who drives a real loader daily there is no suspension what so ever. Only suspension there is is ride control where it uses the hydraulic cylinders on the boom to dampen any bumps while driving and a air seat.

Thanks for your comments! We do our best to offer attachments and solutions to chinese original models. We always try to offer an economic an easy-to-install implement. We don't usually think a model with these speceficiations is worth the design of a real-life copy hydraulic suspension. Thanks for your recommendation!

Hi! Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar. Die Mütze mit dem Gefangenen ist für die Huina 583, wo sie NICHT den Originalzug hat, da dies im Video als Stop dient. Wenn Ihr Huina 583 nicht die ursprüngliche Drehung hat, müssen Sie ihn auf der Welle installieren, damit er stoppt. Wenn Sie den Original-Twist verwenden, benötigen Sie die Buchse mit dem Bolzen nicht. Wir hoffen, dass dies Ihnen hilft. Alles Gute!
