This is definitely a pipeline. I’m glad truth seekers are finding the true faith. Sadly, some remnants of the phronema of the manosphere remain in many newly converted Orthodox men and it’s scary to encounter and difficult to get many of them to see women how God truly created them. Many of them lack mercy, understanding and forgiveness towards wounded and repentant women, and some invertedly also see themselves as prizes to be won over instead of pursuing the woman and proving himself worthy of her love/submission in marriage. We must take the truths of the manosphere but leave out the deceptions while pursuing Christ, the royal path.

You can however begin to do what had not been done. You're essentially saying that a man should still have to do his duties even though the woman can't possibly do hers. Serbian is good if you have one you can go to but if all you have is Greek ones that’s ok. There’s a Greek parish close to me but I drive an hour out of the way to go to a Bulgarian one because I just like it a lot more and I really love my priest there

I think the Church needs to get more hands-on in the dating world of their parishioners if they want people to get married. I hear older individuals complaining about how young people aren’t getting married or even finding a relationship, however, they don’t try to help them out and have a very “that’s not my problem” sort of attitude.

I’ve tried, but you can’t force the women to be attracted to the men. The men in my church are open to the women but the women don’t like the men. We’ve tried to set them up but the women largely aren’t interested even though the guys are intelligent, strong Christian men.

Kyle what do you think is the way or better yet how do we interpret scripture, the conclusion I had came to was through the Holy Spirit because I know God alone is the only one I can fully trust, actually reading Ephesians one time with God gave some revelation to me, I was reading about where it talks about predestination, and when I first read those verses I thought it was talking about it in the sense of Calvinism where we have no free will and are predetermined in everything we do, but as I prayed and asked God to help me understand that verse, it’s like someone had just pushed the clouds aside in my mind and i could see clearly what the passage truly meant which was that God had not predestined none of us but had already foresaw would choose him and who would not, with him and us being on two different plains of time him being outside of it and us within it. If you see this I would love to know your thoughts on this because I’m a bit unsure if I’m right or not.

Hi, I'm russian ex-orthodox (born orthodox) catholic convert and I want to share my thoughts. Was thinking about this for a very long time, I feel like my soul is screaming about it. Kyle, why have you converted to orthodoxy? Don't you know how the orthodox church behaves in countries where it's in majority? I converted to catholicism because I was tired of Russian Orthodox Church's corruption: bishops force small congregations' deacons to pay kickbacks or else they'll be thrown away from their own church community, Patriarch Cyrill and his bishops are forcing deacons to open LITERALLY STORES in church buildings (not near the church, but in the church itself), which is strictly prohibited by the Bible. Have you seen the brand new green Russian Armed Forces Cathedral? I've been there this year during the patriotic tour and my first reaction was: "This is the house of satan, not the God's house". On the entrance there's a box with candles and the security guy in american business suit stays so nobody could take even one candle without making a "donation". You also can buy Lego, candles, souvenirs in this church. Then, in the main hall (where the large golden statue of Jesus is hanging above the altar) there are banners with the face of Lenin, soviet emblems and red stars. LENIN, COMMUNIST REVOLUTIONARY in the CHURCH!!! what the hell. Have you also heard of Valaam Islands' massacre? That's another reason why I left orthodoxy. Valaam Islands was historically the place where local population peacefully coexisted together with ortodox monks, but after the communist revolution has happened monks fled to Finland and abandoned the monastery. After the USSR's collapse modern ROC returned to the island and wanted to kick off the locals. Monks (yes, these "ultra-based" humble guys in black robes) came with firearms and forced people to leave their houses. Please, I'm begging you, find in google this mkru's article about Monks' and Orthodox Church's violent crimes against locals and read it in english: "Святой Валаам стал адским тупиком: жителей насильно изгоняют с острова. Церковь начала распоряжаться имуществом и жизнями граждан". And that's not everything that is happening in the orthodox church. Corrupted priests' luxurious lifestyle, expelling of deacons who refuse to read new pro-war prayer during the Sunday Liturgy, the Patriarch's elite residence on the Black Sea with a vineyard that his people took from a local farmer and etc. I understand, that modern day western protestantism has a lot of spiritual problems. But why are you willing to bring to your home, America, literally a catholic church of 14. century? Especially when your ancestors were somebody who fled Europe because of this. Just, why?
