It's a general misconception that after the Guru leaves his physical body he can still continue to guide. Thank you Guruji for clearing this doubt. That yes Guru can continue to guide but not as a Guru but as a divine being. The role of Guru is only till one is in the physical form. People out of guilt, attachment or just blind loyalty can choose not to move to another Guru and can halt their spiritual progress. Such serious seekers are brought to another Guru but many fail to understand and refuse to hold hand of another Guru in physical form. Such loss for that soul. Hope your guidance can encourage such disciples to shed all inhibitions and focus on their soul progress under another Guru.
