Vry well explained manpower planning bt.as a professional in my opinion some of the important tips r manpower planning nd business plans should be closely linked, manpower requirements of each Department or work unit r identified well in advance, Departments should send manpower requirements in advance to the personnel or HR Department, Valid nd standardized tests should be used for recruitment,Line managers should be involved in manpower planning, Candidates should be given adequate information about the company during recruitment , selection process should be clear cut nd competent people are recruited . Skills workforce play's important role in manpower planning so as to achieve goals in stipulated time with quality nd it will help OD nd OB related to positive Productivity of the organization etc.in brief in my views.Appreciated the lecture.Thanx👍
