Here in America 🇺🇸, you can't go to a primary school or high-school that's outside your zip code. That makes sure that the people living there work hard to improve their services if they don't like them. The county resources are only used within the county. And whatever the county contributes is what it gets. That way, nobody can come from a county that doesn't perform to get benefits from a county that performs. And that makes their counties active and the residents participate in improving the area because that's where their services will come from. It's only in university where you can attend anywhere in the state. I think we should have the same for kenya. Where students attend their local primary and high-school but can go anywhere in the country at university level. That way each county gets to work hard to improve their situation. It's not easy, it's a lot of work involved and some years will go into this hardwork because it won't improve overnight, but in overall, people will learn to be responsible for their environment and the services offered in their residential counties. And also, people don't get to mess their counties because they think they can go to other counties. When people mess with finances in their counties, they solve to fix the issue not go to piggy bank on other counties thay are doing well. To me I think that would be a very nice move.
