They had to sedate him most likely through the catheter in his arm because the dog was fearful and combative, and it was not safe to shave him that way, and because this type of serious matting can be painful to the poor dog when shaving it out. He did a very kind and good service to this precious dog… and now this dog is in the hands of loving people because of the good that he did! Why do you show such lack of loving kindness that you condemn him for it?

If you're in an area with a high Muslim population, it's a religious belief that dogs are unclean and they can't touch them. And this dog is a Puli and needs extraordinary grooming. He must have been stolen or abandoned😢😢

Then you stopped rubbing for a moment, and he laid back and lifted his legs to expose more of his belly for more rubs. And now he is addicted to affection.
