I'm just saying that other people who have told people to commit murder only got a man slaughter charge and did not receive life in prison, that they conspiracy charges. He received a lengthier sentence than someone convicted of negligent homicide. Do you think these girls would had a predilection to evil or do you think Manson made them this way? Were they on drugs when they committed the murders? There is a man I went to highschool with and he was on a bunch of drugs and beat a family member to death, and he only received 25 years in prison. Another guy in my town told his wife to kill the man with whom she was having an affair, he ended up receiving a 25 years sentence for conspiracy. The wife gotma life sentence I think. The girl that testified against them, many people think she should be in prison too, for not going to the police before the crime was committed. I do believe she feared for her life and felt trapped at the ranch, and that is why she didn't go to the police ahead of time.

Susan Atkins never actually killed anyone. She was completely guilty and deserving of life imprisonment for being an accessory to murder and playing her part, but she never actually stabbed anyone to death. She made the stupid mistake of saying she did when in Sybil Brand to come across as tough. (Note that in her Grand Jury Testimony, she denied killing Tate. So, she went back and forth on the issue, which understandably is confusing to people.) She was scared and remembered Manson's instructions from previous that if ever in jail/prison, you have to put on a tough front. Tex Watson confirms this. If you doubt it, why would Watson state that he, not Susan, killed Tate if it was not true? What would he gain from taking the full blame for Tate's death? Again, Susan deserved to be in prison for life for her crimes, but she never actually killed anyone. I believe it's time to set the record straight.

Kevin Court right My understanding was that Tex & Susan (Sadie Mae Glutz) stabbed Tate & furthermore wrote those sayings w her blood
@Dirgnimai76 жыл бұрын
@@rebecca75588 According to Tex himself, Susan held Sharon down while he stabbed her. Then, Susan wrote "PIG" on the door in Sharon's blood. Though Susan went back-and-forth early on as to whether she actually murdered anyone, she later maintained consistently that she did not directly murder anyone. She DID, however, admit that she was guilty of being an "accessory to murder", which she clearly was. But again, Tex -- who has no reason whatsoever to take the full blame -- has exonerated Susan as to actually stabbing anyone to death. Most will never believe this, for some reason, though even Bugliosi toward the end of his life, stated, after reading the book Tex wrote, that he was no longer convinced that she directly murdered anyone. As I state above, Susan created her own mess here by being inconsistent.
