This is a great interview. Listen to the part at about 8 minutes in, where he explains how the process at WWE works for the performers. It sounds like your typical Hollywood show, almost like Saturday Night Live, were the performers are assigned writers, and all the dialogue on the show is created by a team of writers. People forget, or are ignorant, about the level of professionalism that there is in WWE. Monday night raw and Friday smackdown are professional television shows.
