Nice process. Kind of lost desire to play. Last time I logged in was the first full week of this month for DMF to level professions and leveling (via the two daily pet battles) a toon that is not quite to 80 yet. I was logging in on Tuesdays to try do the weekly profession quests, but even that I haven't done in a while. I really should log in more often as spent close to 3 million gold on tokens to add 6-months of game time to both my WoW accounts after the expansion launched. Hopefully when 11.0.7 comes out I'll be more motivated to play again. Was not very impressed with 11.0.5 release other than extra 10% experience. Only have two toons left to get to 80...three if you count the Rogue, but stopped at 75 as not one I like to play, but needed 75 for opening lockboxes.

What are the best professions for concentration besides enchanting? I think JC is not that hot and I got like 8 gems.

Alch is big IF you get a nice multicraft proc. That's what I've done on all my chars, enchatning + alch :) Then they also get the increased flask duration for raiding/m+.

Are you checking patron orders each day on every character, or just every 3-4 days whilst conc dumping?

If possible yes, but in reality no. Catch up orders appear each day so if you are looking to catch up quickly you should check daily, but I have many professions at a place where I dont really need the KP or AA, so I get lazy and only check every few days most weeks.

Thank you Manthieus. Excellent, helpful video. Clear and concise. The only thing I am unsure of - not sure if I missed it - is what I need to do to make sure craftsim has the latest auction prices? I've always loved professions, but historically my goal was just to be self sufficient - especially for gear and tools for my lil alt army on a dead realm. It is only this expansion I have thought about making some gold as a side adventure. You kind of inspired me to learn how to do that. And I've enjoyed it very much. So thanks again!

CraftSim can accept different price sources. I personally use TSM, as this is automatically updated without input/effort from yourself.

Authority of the depths is not worth it at all in NA, not even more profitable than some of the cloak and bracer enchants (winged grace, leeching fangs). Given that the recipe is around 65-100k gold, and at best is a few hundred gold more profitable than some of the other enchants, it would take like 5 months of spending conc on cooldown to just break even from the cost of the recipe. Also, the people posting small stacks of mats way below market price really mess with craftsim profit calculations. Better to get a feel yourself IMO
