Siempre es un privilegio aprender y conocer las tècnicas, aparte de tener belleza por fuera, todo lo que implica y puntos importantes donde pasa.. Me encanto!! Gracias siempre por enseñarnos.

Again a combination, upper body hit and push! Using all the body, hit with the legs (at a pressure point), hook and throw! Fantastic. Cheers

Si Peter. This is a very characteristic combination in the Praying Mantis.

Mantis is an amazing art, I love the way you hook and trap using both hands a feet! Great video, Master Basili!

Ciao Bob. Yes, this is a very characteristic way of working of the praying mantis: feet against feet, hands against hands, simultaneously. 🙏🏽

Master Basili, please make a video explaining your understanding of the 5 element fists of Xingyi. It is often times hard for me to understand the real difference between "Beng" "Pao" or "Heng" other than how they look. What are they teaching? What kind of force vector do they use? And how do we apply these to other techniques such as the ones found in modern martial arts like Boxing? Thanks in advance!
