I was infertil for 7 years. After that, I developed Asherman's syndrome after curettage, as a result of a faild pregnancy after IVF. I had three hysteroscopies. I had no more menstrual bleeding as a result of thin endometrium.Then diagnosed with low ovarian reserve ( high FSH ) Every doctor said I need a suroggat and egg donor. I started to listen this mantra three times a day for three months. I had no faith but I still did it because it felt good and relaxing.
