How can people dislike this video and all other videos from Meditation mantras! I owe a lot to this channel as it has helped me during the most tiring times when I was undergoing anxiety and panic attacks.. I had sudden panic attacks after the sad demise of my dearest mother-in- law in 2018 and had been struggling with it until 2019 when finally I discovered this divine channel and subscribed to it.. I cannot explain the calmness my mind got after listening to the mantras for anxiety, fear etc..
