சரியான விகிதத்தில் கான்கிரிட் கலவை கலந்தால் இரண்டு முறையும் சிறந்தது தான்.RMC முறையில் கூலி ஆட்கள் குறைவாக தேவை ப்படும் அதே சமயம் விறைவாக வேலை முடியும் இது தான் இரண்டில் உள்ள மிக முக்கியமான ஒன்று.
