Manual Expansion Valve Assembly Modelling and Animation || Autodesk Inventor 2024 Tutorial

Hello, Audience! Today, we will demonstrate how to design the 'Manual Expansion Valve Assembly' using Autodesk Inventor 2024. This tutorial will guide you through fundamental topics such as 2-D sketching, Part/Assembly modelling. The assembly comprises 7 parts including Valve Body, Valve Cover, Valve Seat, Spindle, and more, along with 2 Sub-Assemblies and One Main Assembly. Initially, we create the Valve Body part followed by individual creation of each component without interrelation, known as the Bottom-up design approach. Each of the 7 parts is developed separately, and subsequently, all parts and subassemblies are integrated into the main assembly using assembly constraints. Any modifications made to the parts will reflect in the assembly as well.
By the end of this video, we will show you how to animate the Valve Assembly within a Dynamic Simulation Environment.

Learn the following feature in Autodesk Inventor 2024
1. Create 2D sketches of Planes like XY, YZ and XZ with the help of Line, Circle, Rectangle, 3 Point Arc, etc.
2. Extrude & Extrude with Cut boolean operation.
4. Revolve & Revolve with Cut boolean operation.
4. Hole Features.
5. Mirror Feature
6. Rotate/Move Feature
7. Combine, Pattern Feature.
8. Chamfer.
9. "Place Component" Command in an Assembly.
10."Constrain' Command in an Assembly.

After completing this video we will display the animation of this model by using the Dynamic Simulation command.
