Bellissimo, veramente molto professionale, anche se non arriverà mai al livello dei motori grafici come VRay, il disegno a mano rimarrà sempre e comunque una valida alternativa che ha la potenzialità di stimolare la fantasia del disegnatore ed avere più creatività. Beautiful, it's very professional, the manual draw can't never be like graphic engines as VRay, but it's a valid alternative that has the potentiality to stimulate the designer's fantasy and give more creativity.

You forgot that skylight or sunlight are different. Since that is a wide wondow, the left part should be brighter and the right side shaded more.

Love that the final image looks photorealistic. I personally got used to exaggerate all interior perspectives so they look as spatial as possible. Which presentation style do you find works best? - photorealistic or 'architectural sketchy'

It's a bit late a reply but I just had the same thought - at 2:09 you can see the wooden pencils are Giotto di Natura colouring pencils; his markers are ProMarkers and Copic markers. I can't tell what fineliner he uses though, or what the black-coloured pencil is (but I would hazard a guess at a PrismaColour Verithin, since he's using it for hard lines)
