Manual Rollsizer - DRILL Operating
The proper way is to remove the crank handle.
This is only for demonstration purpose to show how fast when using a drill.
I'd managed to go faster after taking the video.
With this setting, I'd managed to process 1000 brass in 1 hour included the loading time for the mini case feeder. But YMMV.

Is that a DAA or Lee case feeder? What parts did you need to purchase to get the case feeder to work with the rollsizer?

It's a DAA Mini Case Feeder for 38/9mm. www.doublealpha.biz/ca/mini-xl650-case-feeder-tube-assembly I only wrap a small rubber band at the top portion of the drop tube to create some friction that's it. The case feeder will stay but of course you don't want to bump on it just leave it straight up. Once one tube is finish you just rotate to another tube. It works for me so far. And you need to use a high torque drill with slow or medium speed. I can now control the speed faster than the above video. I can now sized around 1000 + brass in an hour included the time needed to fill up the case tube. I didn't buy the electronic one because the motor has a life span, but the manual one did not. The only thing have a life span is my drill and I can replace it with less than a 100 bucks. So this rollsizer basically will last forever. Hope this help.

@@calvin14888 Another question for you: How is hand-loading the tubes? I imagine that it's time consuming? I wonder if the Lee Case Collator would fit on the DAA tubes? @@CRA677 It's a little time consuming but better than without it and load it one by one to the drop tube, right. Took me about 5 mins to fill two tubes (6 each). That's a good idea but it cannot fit the DAA I assumed as the DAA has the top portion covered the tubes.

do u still need to lube your brass?

The rollsizer only resize the bottom of the brass back to its spec, you still need to do your normal resizing procedures. If u like to use case lube before resizing it's your own choice.
