According to me Unit Regression Testing - After Bug fixed OR Added / Changed / Deleted Some functionality , We check impacted area in Same Module Re-Testing - After bug fixed we execute only previously failed test cases for that particular function. Sanity Testing - We verifies Only Added New functionality of the software.
