in real time for reviewing test cases, we send email to particular reviewer(tester) or he can directly acess from jira

First we write test cases in an Excel sheet, before uploading into Jira first, we send to the reviewer through mail by cc to your lead and the final copy of test cases will be uploaded into JIRA.
