На одном из роликов другой команды клинеров увидела скребок с длинной ручкой, которой они очень быстро срезали траву с плитки, может вам взять на вооружение данный инструмент. Я понимаю как трудно срезать траву на корточках, что устают ноги и спина, хочется как то помочь вам. Удачи в делах!

Since this is a school and school gate area as well as the Ward Headquarters it is evident of how little the people at the ward headquarters really think of the people in the area. Perhaps what they need is a good wake up call. Congratulations on your wanting to keep the ward cleaner, a lesson those in the headquarters could learn. That of course is taking the assumption that they have a want to learn!
