I remember as a kid I would visit my village during my vacation n all the villagers will go to work in field in a large group but nowadays I hardly see people going to field.most of the youths are wasted in technology.miss those good old days.This video has reminisced me back to my old kid memories.thank u Kent brother.

If I'm not mistake, those people were helpers and not doing it for wages. Even in my tribe we have such culture, we call it as 'daglík or rígbo'. And thankyou #brother #Kent for showing how much efforts do a farmer have to overcome to get the final outcome of rice 🍚🙏. #respect #farmers

They are not helpers. Some do it for wages, some do it as a barter, some do it just to lend a helping hand.

This is how a community works. In my village also during different occasions like wedding, Feast, religious festival etc the villagers or in some cases village youth groups provide help voluntarily. They'll work in your field or other works but in exchange you have to do the same in future but if you want to hire a single person or a group of persons then you have to pay on per day haazira basis. The willingness to help, protect,kindness, brotherhood is what keeps the village spirit alive.
