Okay, I did my time in experimenting on this video. I've managed to adjust the pitch of Manuel Roxas because some viewers say that the voice is altered. True, a persons voice before depends on the person who took the film since films before were powered by hand, using a crank system. The faster you crank, the higher the pitch of the voice. Honestly, no one knows what is the exact crank speed so they had to manage. Films before were ranging from 22fps-25fps.
I'm quite terrified of how Manuel Roxas looks in this film, looks like a virtual robot because of how seamless the frame is merged together to make it 60fps.
All the videos, songs, images, and graphics used in the video belong to their respective owners and I or this channel does not claim any right over them.

This one is much better compared the recent one. The pitch has been adjusted correctly, and its color has been more enhanced.

If this was filmed in 1930, the pitch issue in the original film (which I haven't seen yet) would be understandable as many talking films of that time had those pitch issues. The voice on film technology was less than 3 years old at that time and movie studios and newsreel companies were still perfecting the technology.

Manila was then the 2nd most devastated city after WW2. May postive side din naman ang Bell Trade Act and Laurel-Langley Agreement dahil during that time we are second to Japan pagdating sa ekonomiya and that's because of heavy American investment. However, ang Bell Trade Act and Laurel-Langley Agreement ay may expiration. The expiration of the agreement was on July 3, 1974.
