Very informative video. I've worked with composite materials when I was with the Suzuki grand prix team in the late eighties them with McLaren until I retired recently

99% of bikes absolutely fine. I simply highlighted that sometimes there are issues with manufacturing. It happens across all industries I’m afraid. Enjoy your summer Steven and thanks for your regular comments and support. We do appreciate!

Trek does not want to honor their lifetime warranty after the aluminum sleeve disbonded on my carbon 2005 Pilot 5.0. Is this disbonding due to design or could it still be blamed on manufacturing after 17 years?
