The process and the skills shown is amazing. What is sad though is the condition of the workers and the worker conditions. No protection from these machines, no headgear, no protective footwear, no breathers for spraying, open dip pits, no eye protection, exposure to open belts and pulleys and notice the barefoot children polishing and packing the finished fenders. This is truly third world status. Reminds me of the sweatshops that existed in the 1800’s and 1900’s in the USA. This is why unions saved the working men and women and stopped child labor here. Sad though that manufacturers just found some impoverished country to get workers to do this. The “global economy” certainly has some terrible shadow environments.

I really like that these videos get made so the clean people with money in their pockets that like to look down on the rest of us can actually see what is that the real workin man does and still see the pride in these workers faces. Ain't much different here in the states with skilled labor jobs actually except we have OSHA so no wearing flip flops to work lol and work areas are usually a little bit more spread out and organized but not by much
