Hello Khushi, this is really a nice video. Can you check what is the exact ratio of Soya maida and gluten in the mixture? He has mentioned they are in equal quantity and thats what I tried but it didn't make good soya Chaap. It will be helpful if you can check and post here

Soya is used sparingly else chaap wont have meatlike texture. You can use upto 15-20g dry nutrela powder in 250g gluten dough. The process is laborious if done by hand.

@@Dave_en I am a diabetic and whenever I eat soya chaap my blood augar does not increase. I never knew soya chaap had maida also, I wonder why it doesn't raise my blood sugar even though maida is bad for diabetics?? also, do they also use refined oil in making of soya chaap?

​@@no22sillTechnically no oil is used. Even if refined oil is used, its just used in very less quantity just like people use oil in aata after the dough is made. Soya chaap has very less starch compared to maida, so blood sugar doesnt shoot.
