Watching rose’s ego-centric method of interviewing was an endurance test. (Only happened to it while reading the new biography.) His whole shtick was asking questions in such a way as to draw attention to himself, particularly in his gestures and interruptions, or attempted interruptions: you do not interrupt Justice Day O’Connor.
