Start ur day with working out for atleast 30 minutes followed by meditation for 20 minutes daily ....n if possible do mediatate even before sleeping when u r lying down on ur bed to sleep.. Ur thots can't be controlled but ur focus can be ...so u gotto concentrate on being focused in the present n this really helps... It helped me, I wish it helps u too.

90% can be done by ur mindset , dedication , 10% can be done by some of techniques like keep mble away from u while study , get enough 5or 10mins break between hour

These things can be controlled just by your concentrations ...your interest in subjects will led to control obstructions. For concentration you have to think over the topics which you are reading ...and relating it to the PYQs as well as syllabus. Just think how the topics can be asked in exams. These connective thaughts will build your concentrations. Manuj sir is doing great ...just follow him.

Sir usually while reading ncert books we end up in confusion of what is important in a particular chapter and try to mug up but mugging up doesnt help for UPSC, so sir can you please make a video on what to read in NCERT book ?

Everyone is suggesting that nitin singhaniya's art and culture is the main source. But i cannot get over NCERTs !!!!. Nitin Singhaniya is a book which contains a lot of information in one place and the explanation is so less as it feels like we are reading summaries. Even the govt. Website for art and culture don't have such tons of information. I don't think someone can make analysis by reading only nitin singhaniya's book and for which we need NCERTS.
