Your video is so good. it's very nice to look at. Where's the boat ramp? I went out to Weymouth Boat Ramp once, but it was so bad that it couldn't even be called a boat ramp. So we usually go east. I hope to meet you someday.

Very nice video Gerald. Great viewing and commentary too. I hope to pop my Trevally cherry in the Manukau soon. I have to ask, what type of rig do you use to catch Trevally?

Nice to hear from you mate .... Trevally are running HOT this time of the year in the Manukau Harbour .... I use a ... I guess a stray line set up ... 6 to 8-0 re curve hook with lots of orange beads as you can see in the vid .. with 2 Half ounce sinkers at the top of the rig . Fresh Scallop is Dynamite ... but if ya can't get those = Mussels or any other shell fish will do the business. Don't cast the stray line out like normal .. just drop it slowly forward to the side of the boat or Kayak & leave the drag real fine !!
