Если судить по изоляции, то его уже делали и возможно они, а учитывая как он долбит по проводу молотком, изоляция полюбому где то страдает, а значит и пробить может, видимо после прошлого ремонта так и вышло. Но все равно молодцы, я как бы не хотел но даже и не пытаюсь что то перематывать, бояться не только руки но и глаза.

I know this job very well . This is oil fitted moter in India we have max.3hp.. other all water fitted..i remind until 40hp..and only one time i rewind 70hp...but this is 10hp.. not easy to remind ..BRAVO.. he must put more good air dry varnish and after put it in heat for dry well..then better results
