To make it harder stack to koopalings (both must be killed and not Lemmy) fire clowncar, you can't get hit and the koopa tower is also at the first phase (no key in them and make sure they're not loaded in at the second phase) Edit: Never mind that is WAY TOO GOD DAMN HARD
