Pinoys, Indonesian, Malays are of the same root. Pinoys should have been Muslims like us. Unfortunately, due to Spanish imprerialists who invaded and colonized the county for three missions namely 3 Gs ( Gold, Glory, and Gospel), pinoys were forced to be Christians and Catholics. Alhamdulillaah, more and more Pinoys are now returning to Islam, the safe road to Jannah. Hi Titus, I think you need to research your history about the Phillipines. The Spanish missionaries are the ones who brought Catholicism into the Phillipines in the 16th century. Islam was not introduced until after Mahummed death so there were no Muslims before this. The Phillipines were Asian territory and many were Buddhists, ancestor worship, etc. Btw, no one needs to introduce God...God has already been there for people to see if you look up at nature...sun, stars, moon, ocean, etc. people have no excuse if they do not believe in the true God even Muslims and atheists. Jesus in the bible confirmed this when he brought Lazarus back to life, he said: So they took away the stone. Then Jesus looked up and said, "Father, I thank you that you have heard me. Jesus can forgive sins, does it mean he is god??? THE BIBLE SAYS NO! In the bible there are people who can forgive sins: 1. The son of man can forgive sins (Mat. 9:6) whether this is Jesus or not is still debatable. 2. The disciples of Jesus can forgive sins too ( Jon 20:23) THE IDEA THAT ONLY GOD CAN FORGIVE SINS IS NOT IN THE BIBLE BUT IN THE QUR'AN!!! "Who can forgive sin except God/Allah" Qur'an 3:135 SO CONGRATULATIONS BECAUSE YOU NOW BELIEVE IN THE QUR'AN THAN IN YOUR OWN BIBLE!!! 3. All prophets DIED???? Who says so??? Your very own bible says that: a. prophet Elijah DID NOT DIE but was taken to heaven alive!!! (2 Kings 2) b. prophet Enoch too DID NOT DIE but was taken to heaven alive!!! ( Hebrew 11:5) SO WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT??? 4. The fact that Jesus WILL COME BACK is proof that he is not God!!! WHY WOULD GOD COME BACK TO EARTH FOR JUDGEMENT WHEN HE CAN DO THAT IN HEAVEN??? Imagine on Judgment Day there will be billions upon billions of people who will be resurrected IN ALL PLACES ON EARTH and Jesus as god will come just in one place or two??? Zeffoo When you say fallen angels, do you mean angels who sin, are arrogant and go against Allah/God? THERE IS NO SUCH THING! Angels are created by Allah from light and they do not have the will to sin or go against Allah ( Qur'an 16: 49-50). They just follow whatever Allah commands them to do. But angels have intellect but having intelliegence does not mean having the will to sin or go against Allah. THINK ABOUT THIS: If angels have the capacity to go against Allah, why is it that there is no chaos, mutiny and rebellion in heaven NOW? Surely for a creation with will to choose right from wrong (like human beings), we would always expect disobedience and chaos! SO HOW ABOUT SATAN/LUCIFER? Lucifer or Iblees as he is called in Islam is not an angel or fallen angel but a JINN. What is a jinn? Jinns are spiritual creatures who are created by Allah from smokeless fire (Qur'an 55:15) and like human beings they have the will to do good and do bad and those bad jiins are called shayateen or demons ( Qur'an 15:26-42) and the first of this bad jinns is Iblees. Yes there are good jinns ( Qur'an 72:1-14) and like human beings Allah commanded them to worship Him ALONE ( Qur'an 51:56). And like human beings, jiins too, who who sin and go against Allah are send to hell ( Qur'an 11: 119). Before the creation of man and the disobedience of Iblees and his supporters; jinns were able to visit and stay in heaven. They were able to appear alongside the assembly of angels. But when Iblees started the rebellion against Allah because Allah created human beings with physical bodies which in the mind of Iblees far better than their spiritual bodies; they were banned. So there is no such thing as fallen angels but rather fallen disobedient jinns! In fact the bible clearly says that Jesus said in prayer: "Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven." (Matthew 6:9-10) Jesus says in His prayer that Allah's will is done in Heaven. This would imply to me that nothing outside Allah's will is done in Heaven, and that therefore the angels do not have free will. The Quran agrees that Satan is a “Fallen” being but the disagreement with Christians and Jews is whether Satan is an Angel or not an Angel. Isaiah 14:9-20 explains the destiny of Satan and the destiny of those who follow him and the allegorical verses of Gog & Magog in the Book of Ezekiel. Importantly, the verses also would explain that no one occupies Hell until Judgment Day and that the label “angel” is not applied to Satan. The most important question is whether a “Cherub” is an angel or another being (creature) ??? Satan is clearly described as a “Cherub” in Ezekiel 28:14 - “ Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. “ My hypothesis based on the Islamic sources would suggest that Satan was appointed and assigned a similar position like a High Priest of the Jinn race before his “fall” or disobedience. The theme and description of “anointed” was also applied to the Jewish priests and prophets ( Exodus 28:41, Exodus 30:33, 1st Samuel 10:1 ). Therefore, in agreement with Islamic sources Satan was a leader of the Jinn race of beings created on Earth before the creation of Prophet Adam ( pbuh ) and humanity. The book of Ezekiel gives the description of the “cherub” in Ezekiel chapter 10. Cherubs are not angels but other type of living creatures. These “living creatures” ( Cherub ) are the Jinn described in the Quran despite their description of having wings. In Islamic sources, there are different types of Jinn creatures or beings also. The label or title “Angel “ is clearly and obviously not used in both the Books of Ezekiel and Isaiah to describe Satan. Ezekiel 10:15 - “ And the cherubims were lifted up, This is the living creature that I saw by the river of Chebar. “ Ezekiel 10:20 - “ This is the living creature that I saw under the God of Israel by the river of Chebar; and I knew that they were the Cherubims. “ Ezekiel clearly distinguishes the difference between “cherubim” and Angels. Satan is a leading Cherub(creature) and not an Angel ( Ezekiel 28:14 ). The Quran even states that the Jinn(Cherubim) was involved in the First Temple and the activities of Prophet Solomon ( pbuh ) in Quran 34:12-14.
