@@donovancameron2867 exactly. I lived in three other countries as resident. I stayed the longest in the US but I always only wanted to come back home. It's better than how I left it.

A lot of Jamaicans have a level of entitlement that’s insane to say the least. Not all but so many don’t want to work and if they do work they feel they should work a regular 9-5 job and be able to live in Norbrook and drive a Benz . No where in this world is easy but if you don’t have a good work ethic you’ll forever be left behind. Every body want fast money and not even investing it to grow wealth as the money mek it goes into a car and parties

@@willjohn4286 true but very sad. Too many youths get carried away by false notions and examples of what is success. When I talk about PNP-ism as a cause of that, it is not political, it is EXPERIENCE. I loved the PNP to a fault. Now I love truth more. People will blame the gang culture influence but as a child growing up, PNP-ism was the same as gang culture. It messed up my life for years. And because the people involved are public beacons you believe in them.

@ Number 1 issue I would hope the public realize is politicians care about power not people . Both parties have done so much damage to the island with upfront in your face corruption and no accountability or long term planning . All a bunch of short term thinkers who couldn’t care less about the country. As citizens we also need to be held accountable because the things that so many Jamaicans think is cool is the same things that will forever keep them poor .

@willjohn4286 well said. However the onus is on leadership because they have the tools to create or cultivate mass mind cultures. We must be careful to choose the most honorable ones of our brethren. Wherever dishonest people get to politics they do dishonest work. The problem is when the party itself is dishonest. For example, if you have a party that only cater for homosexual leaders, that would be unfair and counterproductive. You cannot compare it with the party that has no orientation based policy. No one has to know where you stand on anything but politics. That is fair and constitutional. The problem is where the party itself is corrupted by their general or devious agenda. RISE United is campaigning, disguised as the PNP, with very shady and unconstitutional agendas
