The best thing for a younger guy is an older woman. I’ve said this many times, I’ve dealt with a good amount of them and they have helped me tremendously in the bedroom. As long as your patient and are able to listen you’ll pick up the skill. It’s also important to speak with your lady or whoever you’re involved with and ask what they like. I've been on both sides of this equation. One thing that has helped is to be honest up front with how my body works. Due to some bad habits in my youth, I have had to study, ask lots of questions and when all else fails: Improvise, Adapt and Overcome. The first time for some can cause anxiety and I think teaching yourself how to contain your excitement is key. If you have glaring deficienciew in this area, the most important takeaways from all this: STUDY, ask LOTS of questions, be receptive to criticism and focus on the objective of building yourself up. That will eliminate needless offence and resentment on the part of many men. Hope this helps.
