Yes! Do what makes you happy! I like to compliment a stranger on something that looks good on them and it is unexpected and they often say it has made their day. It makes me happy.

Love the little “give-away” cards. It’s so nice to be able to carry something with me to just hand out on the spur of the moment when someone goes above and beyond for me. My favorite is to give something to someone you see do something special for someone else, letting them know someone saw their added effort. Beautiful cards as always Jennifer. Thank you for your time putting these together for us.

Another fantastic video! So many tips & tricks here. I really like the masking to get multi-color flowers. The line down the middle of the flower makes a nice graphic look, very fun! Thank you for sharing so many examples with us. It really is helpful to see things in action a few times, & you always do that. Thank you truly, for sharing so much with us Jennifer. I can’t imagine how much time it takes to make these videos. I’m so grateful that you do this. 🙂

Thank you so much for the splendid cards you always show us, but beyond that, thank you for the great ideas for giving cards during day-to-day runs! I’m always thinking on ways to appreciate those people who gives you a hand, or go above and beyond to make your day better. This happens a lot as you get older! 😁Your suggestions always fill my heart with joy. THANKS

I give out small notes to people too. Usually a waitress or waiter who’s service is really good, a cashier at the grocery store, or just someone who looks like they need a pick me up. It feels great to make some one smile. These are all great ideas you showed today. I can’t wait to try them. Thanks!😃❤️

Thank you so much for those great ideas. Especially the way you colored the leaves , by cutting a mask for the outline stamp. This will solve my "little" problem with my poinsettias outline stamps for the upcoming holiday cardmaking. 😍🌸

@Jennifer McGuire Ink • I agree with Mimi that the "give-away" cards are a marvelous idea. (Side benefit is keeping your purse organized. 😉) Using dark card stock to hold the die cut images is a great tip. The contrast makes it so much easier when your rushed, being interrupted, or just over-committed. The circle hearts die looks like one of those ones that can be used year 'round or with a circle die or two as a frame or focal point for a sentiment. Excellent choice. I appreciate the time and effort you put into showing us so many different examples with alternative means of creating them. I was definitely able to pick my favorite "looks" after seeing all your examples. Thanks. 👍

Jennifer, I always can't wait for another video from you. Thank you. I HAVE A technical question. I have tried putting the sticky mat in my stamp positioner. Yes, it holds the card stock, but how do you keep the sticky mat from moving in the positioner? Mine keeps popping out or shifting.
@jennifermcguireink2 жыл бұрын
I haven't had trouble with that but I have seen others take take a little bit of low tack tape and tape the mat to the frame of the MISTI.
@junoscreations42422 жыл бұрын
I tried colouring the solid stamps with blending brushes, but do you notice it matters what ink you use for that? The ink I used it didn’t work on properly and I decided to ink it normally and use the blending brush only for the edges to make them smoother. Wondering if you have noticed differences between inks you used for this method
