Although there are black pythons the snake being shown in this video is not a python. It seems to have the head wings of a cobra and the narrator for this video even said that people were dropping after they had gotten bitten from the poison which pythons aren't poisonous.

Snakes are highly depicted in their mythology, and in turn, their anime, often with the hood like a cobra, yet that isn't how they refer to them.
