It's the fundamental city design flaw that the tech park buildings in all IT cities get built for employee exclusivity with walls & security gates & no retail or consumption spaces. that are part of the buildings & open to the public straight in front of footpaths. IT offices along with other corporate offices should be a part of downtown business district oriented development plan & not just walled & gated software factories.
